How social media is causing depression
It’s ok to be real than perfect
Just a blog about things like how people are pretending to be perfect on social media and why it is affecting the mental health of people with low self-esteem
Well, people keep posting their talent too. Of course, it’s not a bad thing to do. But some of us might have felt like “I am not as talented as this person”, “I am a dumb piece of shit”. It’s ok if you don’t have that specific talent. If you’re interested in learning it, go for it. There’s nothing to worry about what others got.
People do post their pictures and show how pretty they
are. Look, it’s not always about the looks. Even pretty people could be bad from inside. Be a pretty person from inside that’s where all
the real beauty lies.
You see people posting pictures with their
boyfriends and girlfriends. And if you’re single like me you would’ve
definitely felt bad. Just like everyone looks different everyone has a
different life too. If they have a gf or bf you have nothing to do with it.
It’s your life and you need to focus on your things but not on some random
person’s PDA on social media.
Many people are underestimating themselves after
seeing such posts. In worst cases, it’s causing depression too. Especially in people with
low self-esteem. Social media is good for entertainment but don't take it too seriously
Finally, people are way more different in real life
than what they pretend to be on social media. They post for the world outside.
Let me prove this to you. Are you the same person on social media and in real
life? Give it a thought. The same works
for others too. Their posts, stories, likes, comments can’t define what you
are. Work on yourself and you can be a better person too. At the end of the day
